What do our employees say about working with us?
We love sharing our employee experiences, and today we spoke to Ellis about his career so far with us. Ellis has worked in our Domino’s stores for the last 5 years, in a variety of positions. Here is what he said;
“I have worked for dominos on and off since 2016 and I can honestly say it is it exactly where I belong… I love it! The franchise that I work for is Sodha and co, as a company and people they are brilliant! Dilip, the franchisee, has a heart a gold and has time for everyone. Asha his daughter has been so good to not only me but to my family also they are always there when I need them, this is something they do with all of their staff, each relationship is a personal-work based bond.
I’ve got only great things to say about Sodha & Co and Dominos it has given me so many skills inside and outside of work with also Meeting lots of great people. I hope to work my way up the dominos ladder with Sodha and Co. “
